- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've waited over a week for someone to call me back just to make an appointment. No one bothered to call. Three months is the earliest for an urgent appointment and even that far in advance they can't book it on my day off and they couldn't be stuffed ringing me to make the booking - I got a text message out of the blue advising me I was booked for late Feb. In three months time my face will be covered in permanent scarring, what help is an appointment going to be then?
