  I am so lucky to have discovered this clinic. It is so reassuring to know that we have a place to take our pets when they become unwell and it is such an amazing feeling to feel so confident that a clinic will provide the highest quality care. The staff here are fantastic and go beyond anything I have ever seen. When my little rat, Goku had his first inpatient visit to the clinic, the staff made sure he was feed his favorite foods, including cashew nuts. I was allowed to visit him during his stay and was incredibly impressed with the clean, warm and homely enclosures that they used for all the pets. Our recent visit with Goku was one of the most heartbreaking moments in my life, as we had to make the decision to put him down. The staff and the vet were very kind and patient and provided clear, honest options. During our vulnerable and heartbreaking moment, the vet provided us and our little fur baby with respect and comfort. As we decided to bury our fur baby, Goku was wrapped up in a beautiful handmade bag and we were given a clay love heart with an impression of Goku’s paw print. Absolutely beautiful. Thank you to everyone at the Bird and Exotic Animal Clinic.
